Join us for worship on December 15th as we look into the joy that is found as we get closer to Christmas. The third week of Advent is a time of joy, a time of being thankful for all that has been given—the promise of the Savior who has come, who is present, and who promises a return. The third Sunday of Advent is a day for celebration. On this day we will explore Isaiah 35:1-10 and see that it is a promise of joy as this passage closes with the words, ” They’ll sing as they make their way home to Zion, unfading halos of joy encircling their heads, Welcomed home with gifts of joy and gladness as all sorrows and sighs scurry into the night.” Come and see the joy that can be found in the midst of our journey to Christmas.
