This evening we observed the Tenebrae service as we shared readings of Christ last hours.

Tonight Rev. Renee Jones offered the message from John 13:1-8, 31b-35 which is the powerful story of Jesus washing the disciple’s feet. The music was led by Dr. Michael Ross.

On Palm Sunday we worshipped God through our annual Easter Cantata led by Dr. Michael Ross.

Change is something that happens to us all. We are always in the midst of change. Some changes we like, others not so much. God though is always with us in the changes. In fact, God can use change in our life to help us grow in out faith. The message today focused on change and came from Isaiah 43:16-21. The message for March 13th, centered on the care and love that Jesus has for each one of us. This is perhaps one of the most difficult things we can do but Jesus knows how important it is in our life of faith. For the February 13th message, Rev. Dr. Gwen Andrews preached from the sermon on the plain found in Luke 6:17-26. Jesus speaks to the people and to us proclaiming how blessed we are when we commit our lives to him. Our circumstances and difficulties in life will be overcome when we know how blessed we are as Jesus promises to be with us all the time. Dr. Michael Ross led the choir in music.
