On June 7th, Pastor Larry offered the message from Matthew 9:9-13, 18-26. The passage tells us the story of the calling of Matthew and the story of the ruler whose daughter Jesus raised from the dead. The passage also tells us about the story of the woman who was bleeding for 12 years who was healed by Jesus when she touched his robe. All three stories are about people who stepped out into the unknown not knowing what was next. They trusting Jesus knowing that he was the one who would be with them as they as they followed him and reached out to him. It is the same with us. Jesus is with us as we step into the future that may be unknown to us.
